After hiring us to secure a candidate for your business, we will perform an extensive campaign to find the right person. By the very definition of contingency, we do not charge a fee until our candidate is engaged to perform services, directly or indirectly, by the employer. The fee will be calculated as a percentage of the first annual gross earnings package. (Other fee plans are available.)
